Carla Hernandez, trading as Sentinel QA&C, is the data controller for personal data processed through this Service and is responsible for deciding how and why it is used.

Data we collect and why

Retention

We keep account and record data for as long as your account is active, and for up to 30 days after closure to allow export, after which it is deleted or anonymised. Billing records are retained as long as tax and accounting law requires.
