Refund Policy

Carla Hernandez offers a 30-day money-back guarantee. If Sentinel QA&C is not right for you, request a full refund within 30 days of your order date and we will honour it — no explanation needed.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. Visit paddle.net with your order details, or email us at NSEW5Group@gmail.com and we will arrange it for you.

Cancellations

You can cancel a subscription at any time. Cancelling stops future renewals; your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for. Records you saved remain exportable for 30 days after access ends. Refund and cancellation handling also follows Paddle's refund policy.
